Registration is considered complete when all of the necessary information has been received along with a deposit of $115 CDN for each week your child will attend.
Balance payments will be due on May 1st.
We accept cheque, cash, visa or mastercard. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Cancellations are allowed up to 2 weeks prior to your child’s start date. We do require written notice, of at least 14 days before the week you wish to cancel.
Please note, your initial deposit is non-refundable. We will however refund you the balance of your fees.
If you need to cancel with less than 14 days notice we will issue you 50% of the final balance.
ie. (Bus + meals + camp = $330). In this case the refund would be $330 – $115 deposit – ½ (bus + meals + balance of fees paid) = $112.50
We know how summer plans can change. So, if space is available in an alternate week and you wish to change your child’s week, you may do so. We just require your request in writing at least 10 days prior to your child’s start date.
The exception to the above “changing weeks” policy is in the case of child illness. If your child is ill and is not able to participate in the week that they are scheduled, you may change your child’s week without providing 10 days notice.
We do require a Doctor’s note in this case but will happy to find another week for your child.
